Self-Introduction (Kelley)
Equipment:
- 80 small pieces of paper (10 sheets of A4 paper)
- 6 boxes of markers
- 1 roll of masking tape
Instructions:
Get children into groups.
Each group is to sit down in a circle
Pass each group the number of people they have in their group, the number of small pieces of paper, a box of markers and a roll.
Tell them to each write their name on the small piece of paper and decorate it.
Then, the people in charge of the group will come up to the front to take enough masking tape for everyone to stick on their shirts.
Get the children to stick the piece of paper on their shirts.
Introduce themselves to their group for the day.
Prompt them to say their
-Name
-Age
-School
-Number of family members

Wacko (Rachel Leong)
Equipment:
-3 rolls of newspaper
-1 roll of masking tape
Instructions:
Explain to the children how to play the game:
Sit in a circle with 1 person in the middle holding the newspaper.
Somebody will call out a name of a person sitting down and the middle person will whack* the thigh of the person that is called out with the newspaper.
The person that is called out will quickly call out another name of a person sitting down and the middle person will whack the new person being called out.
However, if the person did not call out another name fast enough and he gets whacked, that person becomes the new ‘whacker’.
The old ‘whacker’ will then take the place of the person he just whacked
The
old ‘whacker’ will then call out a name of a person sitting down.
*Whack LIGHTLY
A short demonstration will be given
Tell the children to start playing in their own groups
The game will last for 20 mins.

Drawing Competition (Gladys & Kelley)
Equipment:
-6 sheets of mahjong paper
-6 boxes of markers
Instructions:
Tell them the rules of the competition
Use only the materials provided
Draw in the given paper
Do not dirty the area
Time limit is 30mins
Draw with the theme: My favourite Things
Pass each group one sheet of mahjong paper and a box markers
Tell them to start
Tell them to stop after 30mins
Ask one person from each group to bring their drawing to the front and hold up the drawing.
Let everyone each vote once for their favorite drawing.
The drawing with the highest number of vote wins

Poison Ball(Kelley)
Equipment:
- 6 Balls
Instructions:
Get Group1 & 2, 3 & 4, 5 & 6 to pair up to play this game
Explain to them how to play the game:
1group will stand in a circle and the second group in the middle of the circle.
The group on the outside of the circle will roll 2 balls towards the group in the middle.
The group in the middle is not allowed to touch the balls in the middle as they are ‘poisonous’.
If a ball touches anyone standing in the middle, he/she is out of the game.
A short demonstration will be given.
The game begins and will last for 10mins.
After the game ends, the people left in the circle are the winners.

老鹰抓小鸡(Yuan Ning)
Equipment:
-NIL-
Instructions:.
Explain to the children how to play the game:
Choose an ‘Eagle’ and a ‘Hen’ from each group
The rest of the people will line up behind the Hen, holding on to the shoulder of the person in front and follow where the Hen goes.
The Hen is supposed to protect the chicks
The Eagle has to catch the chicks
Each chick the Eagle catches has to form another row behind the Eagle, helping to catch the chicks as well. The eagles and chickens cannot let go of the person in front, if not, they are disqualified.
A short demonstration will be given
Tell the children to play in their own groups
The game begins and will last for 10mins.
After the game ends, the side with more people left wins.

Duck Duck Goose(Rachel Leong)
Equipment:
-NIL-
Instructions:
Explain to the children how to play the game
o The group is to be seated in a circle
o One person will start the game
o He/she will have to walk round the circle taping on everyone’s head saying duck
o But he/she will tap one person’s head and say goose instead of duck
o Then, that person will have to chase him/her around the circle before he/she reaches the person’s original place and sits down there.
o If he/she is caught, he/she will have to do the same thing again
o If he/she is not caught, the person will have to take over he/she’s job and do what he/she did
A short demonstration will be given.
Tell the children to play among themselves
The game begins and will last for 10mins

Talent Competition (Gladys & Rachel Leong)
Equipment:
-NIL-
Instructions:
Explain the rules and criteria of the competition:
They are to do the performance planned by their group leaders
It can be performed in any language, as long as its understandable
They should be judged based on creativity, originality, volume, organization and teamwork.
No using of vulgarities or any racist comments or any personal insults to anyone.
Do not copy another groups performance, that will bring down your originality level.
The time limit for each performance is 4mins
Give them 20mins preparation time.
Each group will present one by one.
After all the performances, everyone will vote once for their favorite performance.
The group with the highest number of votes wins
